Has this ever happened to you?
- Me: (Wakes up) Oh lookie there. I have 9 minutes to get ready for class. Better get up and go to class then.
- Me: (Blinks)
- Me: (Opens eyes and realizes she slept through class.)
I remember last year in my APUSH class, the teacher instructed everyone to pass their test corrections to Jenny. He didn’t specify whether to pass them to Jenny P. or me (Jenny P. sat near the back of the room by the way), but everyone had an unspoken agreement that the papers were to be passed to Jenny P. It sort of made me dejected.
